TOLL2GO – Registration
You do not yet have access to the SelfCare Portal; the vehicle has an austrian GO-Box.
Now request your access data under “Login” above.
You will receive your access data for the SelfCare-Portal by email.
Then, log into the SelfCare Portal.
Find the vehicle licence plate that you would like to register for TOLL2GO in the vehicle list. Click on the edit symbol and select “TOLL2GO” and then “Register for TOLL2GO”.
Note: If you do not provide us with evidence in advance, you can only select EURO emission classes I to III. As soon as your vehicle’s EURO emission class has been checked, this selection will be amended automatically.
After you have provided verification of the EURO emission class, Toll Collect will update the EURO emission class on your Toll Collect OBU. For this, Toll Collect must be able to contact your OBU via the wireless interface (GPS). There may therefore be a slight delay.
If required, you can provide evidence of your vehicle’s EURO emission class through your vehicle’s registration certificate and – if necessary – the CoP, CEMT and/or CoC documents.
Important information for vehicle owners with a British vehicle’s registration: In addition to your vehicle registration you ought to send us the Reduced Pollution Certificate (RPC) and the Low Emissions Certificate (LEC) provided by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
You can send the documents to us using any other following methods:
- E-mail: euroclass@asfinag.at
- Upload to the SelfCare Portal
- Fax: +43 50 108-912 913
- Post:

We will let you know by e-mail and via the SelfCare Portal as soon as the TOLL2GO service has been activated.
If you have previously been using a GO-Box, please hand it over at any GO point of sale.
Read the instructions for using the Toll Collect OBU, and information on the acoustic signals used in Austria.
Ensure that your Vehicle Declaration document and evidence is with you in the vehicle at all times.
Have a safe trip!
